By accessing or using FEBVSLog at febvslog.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

FEBVSLog is a free, web-based surgical logbook platform designed to help vascular surgery residents and fellows track their operative experience toward FEBVS (Fellow of the European Board of Vascular Surgery) certification. The platform allows users to log procedures, view progress, and export logbooks.

FEBVSLog is intended for use by medical professionals, specifically vascular surgery residents, fellows, and consultants. By registering, you confirm that you are a medical professional or trainee using the platform for legitimate surgical training documentation purposes.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of the procedure data you enter
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You must not share your account with others or allow others to access your account.

FEBVSLog is a tool to assist with logbook management. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the procedure data you enter. FEBVSLog does not verify, validate, or certify your operative experience. Any logbook submitted to the EBVS or other bodies must be verified and signed by your training supervisor independently.

FEBVSLog is a documentation and tracking tool. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, or a recommendation for any medical procedure. The platform is not intended for patient-related use.

The FEBVSLog platform, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of its operators. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

The procedure data you enter remains your own. We do not claim ownership of your logbook data.

We aim to keep FEBVSLog available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. We will endeavour to provide data export functionality before any discontinuation.

FEBVSLog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, loss of certification eligibility, or any other damages arising from your use of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your logbook data using the CSV export feature.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from the use of FEBVSLog shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Munich, Germany.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of FEBVSLog after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
