Print / PDF Export

FEBVS Compliant

Generates a formatted, printer-ready logbook view including your surgeon profile, summary statistics, and a complete procedure table. Suitable for submission with your FEBVS application or for sharing with your training supervisor.

CSV / Excel Export

Downloads a comma-separated values file (.csv) containing all your logged procedures. Open directly in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application for custom analysis, filtering, or CV preparation.

Summary Report

A condensed one-page overview showing your total case counts per category and level, ideal for including in fellowship applications or supervisor review meetings.

What Is Included in Each Export

All exports include the following information:

  • Surgeon name, hospital, department, and training period
  • Total procedure counts by type (Open / Endovascular) and level (I / II / III)
  • Complete procedure list with date, FEBVS code, procedure name, level, and notes
  • Progress against FEBVS minimum requirements
  • Export date and timestamp

How to Export

After signing in, navigate to the Export tab (the download icon in the bottom navigation bar). From there you can:

  1. Choose your export format (Print/PDF or CSV)
  2. Click the export button
  3. For PDF: your browser's print dialog will open — select "Save as PDF" as the destination
  4. For CSV: the file will download automatically to your device

You can export at any time — there is no limit on the number of exports you can generate.

Using the PDF for FEBVS Submission

The PDF export is formatted to meet EBVS logbook submission standards. Before submitting to the EBVS, ensure your training supervisor has reviewed and signed the logbook. The PDF can be printed and signed physically, or annotated digitally using a PDF editor.
